Maironiai St. Virgin Mary Church

This church stands in Maironiai village, 0.6 km to the south of the Kelmė - Tytuvėnai road Dubysa river on the right bank. Saudininkai landlord Juozas Stankevičius in 1782 built a wooden chapel. Ksaveras Stanevičius in 1817 assigned a plot of land and promised to keep the priest. The chapel became a parish Lyduvėnaiphilia. The priest, pastor Adomas Galkevičius rebel pamphlet for the reading of 1864 and was sent to Siberia; stripped of the title of priest. 1909-1914 m. were Lithuanian Catholic Temperance Society Division. 

 Church folk architecture and rectangular, with a three-sided apse, tower. There are 3 altars. The eighteenth century painting "Three Kings."
